Applications for assistance from the LPEAP projects require these items:

• Application form*
• Budget (Example)*
• Narrative (Example)*
• Plan (Example using Low Water Stream Crossing Worksheet)*

Plan requirements vary depending upon the practice.

• UNL Extension circulars offer assistance on lagoon abandonments* and low water stream crossings*
• For VTS systems construction drawings are required.
